Common questions
Do I own the car while renting?
No, VerifyMota holds the title during the rental period. You have full use of the vehicle. On final payment, the title transfers to you.
Can I buy out early?
Yes, anytime after 6 months. You pay the remaining balance minus an early-completion discount we apply.
What if I miss a payment?
We offer a 7-day grace period. After that, a $20 late fee applies. Persistent default (30+ days) may result in vehicle recovery, we always try to work with customers first.
What credit score do I need?
We don't rely solely on credit scores. We assess income, employment stability, and affordability. Many applicants with no formal credit history qualify.
Can I return the car if my situation changes?
Yes. Early return is allowed after month 3 with 30 days' notice. Any equity built (20%+) is credited back as a VerifyMota voucher for a future vehicle.
